We collect account details, organization data, booking details, and operational information required to run the platform. If enabled by your organization, we also process Google Calendar connection data to sync availability and booking statuses.

We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, manage bookings, generate shared links, process payments when configured, and support integrations such as calendar synchronization.
4. Sharing and processors
We may share data with trusted infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the service, such as hosting, database, payments, email, and calendar APIs. We do not sell personal data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
